This is "Ai" (indigo). It's not as dark as jeans, but has a nice moderate blue color.
A working father can pack his daily lunch in it. A working mother can take it to school to pick up her children. You might be happy to hear people whispering to you, "You're always the indigo person."
Indigo is dyed with sukumo, a dye made from fermented leaves of the Japanese indigo plant. The indigo color is also known to repel insects, and the leaves were also used as a stomach medicine.
This product is a cotton bag "Eco Inevitable" that has been carefully hand-dyed one by one using only natural dyes. The color of each bag will vary. (It may also differ slightly from the product image.)
[Washing instructions]
1. Dissolve a small amount of neutral detergent in lukewarm water and gently press and wash with your hands. (Avoid rubbing.)
2. Lightly dehydrate.
3. Reshape the item and dry it in the shade immediately.
[Handling Precautions]
The colour of natural dyes changes and deepens in character depending on how they are used.
Do not dry clean.
Please wash separately to avoid color transfer.
Please avoid using bleach or fluorescent agents. Hand washing without synthetic detergent will help the product last longer.
Leaving it in direct sunlight for a long period of time or leaving it wet may cause discoloration or shrinkage.
