This is the Genseiki umbrella, the first new product following the Tendo umbrella and Rama umbrella, which were announced at the "(Live) Ringo Expo '18 - Forty Years of Leisure".
Like the Worldly Benefits badge, this is an exceptional piece, featuring a yin-yang motif of two sacred objects painted on a large surface measuring over 1m in diameter.
It can be opened or closed, and of course it is very comfortable even when it is raining heavily in Shinjuku.
