Information on the reservation service for specially developed goods for "(Raw) Apple Expo '24 - Economic Recovery"
For the specially developed goods for "(Live) Ringo Haku '24 - Economic Recovery -", we will be holding a goods reservation service at the venue from the Shizuoka performance on November 7th. You can apply for the reservation service on this page. Please read the details below carefully before using the service.
In addition to the merchandise for this tour, you can also purchase other specially developed goods that are on sale at the SR Nekoyanagi Main Line "Neko Kiosk" (closed during the reservation acceptance period).
Terms of Use
- One ticket per person per performance
- Those who have registered on this website *This customer registration is different from the membership information for Ringohan and SR Nekoyanagi Main Line Pocket. Please be careful not to make a mistake.
- On the day of the performance, you can use the service even if you do not have a ticket, as long as you arrive within the collection time.
- Those who can come to pick up the tickets at the specified time *Once you have completed your application, you cannot change the pick-up venue, performance date, or time. Please apply carefully.
- Collection at the venue will be limited to the person who applied.
*Please bring an official form of identification (driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, etc.) to verify your identity.
Delivery by a proxy is not possible. - In addition to the product price, a system fee of 300 yen (tax included) will be charged for each application.
*Orders for commercial or resale purposes are strictly prohibited.
Regarding reception
*Members who do not have a performance ticket can also apply.
*Products once ordered cannot be cancelled or changed.
*If you are unable to collect your tickets, they will be sent to you cash on delivery after all performances have ended.
*If the performance is postponed or canceled due to natural disasters, weather, the spread of COVID-19, or other reasons, the ordered items will still be shipped at the customer's expense. Please consider carefully before applying.
・Product shipping date: We will inform you accordingly depending on the situation.
・Shipping address: The "shipping address" registered when placing your order
*In the case of "unreceived product" or "cancelled performance", shipping charges will be the actual cost, not the flat rate of the online store. The shipping company will calculate the cost based on the shipping distance, size of the package (size and weight), and shipping method.
For areas where cash on delivery is not available (such as remote islands), please transfer the shipping fee in advance via bank transfer, and the item will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.
*Only the person who applied can collect the item at the venue.
*If you wish to receive tickets for multiple performances, please apply for each performance you wish to receive.
Example: [Order ① will be received on the first day of the performance, and Order ② will be received on the second day of the performance]
*Items ordered at one time cannot be split and collected across multiple performances or multiple time slots.

*The number of items available for sale at this reception is limited. Some items may be sold out even during the reception period.
*Some products will be sold at the venue price.
*Some items sold at the venue may not be available at this reception desk.

Step 1
Choose a pick-up time
First, choose your pick-up time.
Those who do not have a performance ticket can also apply, but they will need to pick up their ticket at the venue.
Please note that there are limited time slots for collection. Even if it is within the acceptance period, the acceptance will end as soon as the acceptance time slot is reached.
Step 2
Choose the product you want
Please select the product you wish to purchase.
Please note that sales are limited. Even if the acceptance period is still open, sales will end as soon as the planned number of products is reached.
Step 3
Complete your order and make payment
Once you have decided on the product, complete the order.
Payment can be made by credit card.
A payment fee will be charged in addition to the product price (all prices include tax).
*Convenience store payment is not available.
Step 4
Present the QR code at the venue to receive your item
Once your order and payment are complete, a QR code will be displayed in the order history on your My Page. Please save this QR code as a screenshot or similar.
On the day of your visit, please check this QR code at the counter and we will hand over your item to you.
